SHIPPING IN ITALY
Shipping in Italy is free except for the islands where the cost is 8 Euros.
SHIPPING IN EUROPE
Shipping to Europe with and by express courier and has a cost of 20 euros.
SHIPPING TO AMERICA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
The cost of shipping worldwide by express courier is 40 Euros.
SHIPPING TIMES
After the order is completed, the items will be delivered to the courier within 2/5 days. Generally shipping to Italy takes 1-2 business days to arrive. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
All products will be packed in special shipping boxes, which guarantee the total integrity of the package and its contents.
For shipping to Sicily and Sardinia and other uncomfortable destinations, the items are shipped by registered mail (traceable), which takes 3-5 working days to arrive at their destination. Delivery times depend on the shipping method. We guarantee to process and ship your order within the next business day after purchase. Some deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes and to uncomfortable destinations. All shipments for international orders tend to have longer transit times, delivery times vary by state. Usually shipping outside Italy takes 5-7 working days (Express Courier).
When the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code and instructions on how to track the shipment online.
Returned Goods
We allow returns or exchanges within 14 days of product delivery. In case you want to return the products, we will refund you the amount of the items as soon as they arrive in our shop.
Right of withdrawal for Italy: the cost of withdrawal is € 6.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount
Right of withdrawal for Europe: the cost of withdrawal is € 18.00 and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Right of withdrawal for Russia, former USSR countries, rest of the world: the cost of withdrawal is € 25.00 and will be deducted from the refund amount.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the items.
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL can be exercised only if:
- The Products and their packaging are unused and absolutely without any signs of wear, abrasion and scratches.
- The products must be accompanied by an attached warranty (where applicable).
